Better weather last week and plenty of anglers.

A fantastic list of big fish were caught with numerous 5lb+ fish not getting a mention.

Boat and bank anglers enjoying excellent sport although most of the bigger fish are coming from the bank.

On the calmer days there are huge numbers of fish rising to small black emerging buzzers.

Washing line on a floater has been the best method closely followed by dries in the right conditions.

Now the clocks have changed the half day ticket is available:

Elinor is fishing very well on days with lighter winds although it's been much more difficult when the wind blows.

The buzzer fishing has really got started this week with large hatches of black buzzers of all sizes. A good number of fish are rising in the evenings although during the day fish are mainly being caught 4-6 foot down.

Water clarity remains excellent and along with the forecast mild temperatures there should be some great nymph fishing over the next few weeks.
